ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT 2023-2024 APPROVED

Notice is hereby given under Regulation 26(1) of the Local Government: Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations, 2008, as well as Section 121 and Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), read together with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), that the Council, at its meeting held on 23 January 2025 under item A4842, approved the following:

- The 2023-2024 Annual Report

- The Oversight Report on the 2023-2024 Annual Report

The Council resolution and all other relevant documents are published on the Langeberg Municipal website at www.langeberg.gov.za.
