The Western Cape Government’s Department of Transport and Public Works has a Contractor Development Programme which provides support to emerging contractors in the Western Cape in order to empower them through improving their professional development and CIDB grading.

In order to comply with these objectives, the Department through the main contractor Amandla Construction invites contractors who are:

registered with the CIDB in the civil engineering class (CE) with a grading of 3, 4 or 5 (PE registration will not be recognized) and who are registered as a business in the Overberg District Municipal and Cape Winelands District Municipal area and are registered with the South African Revenue Service,

to submit relevant company details to register for possible participation in Contract C1143’s Emerging Contractor Development programme.

Interested contractors should attend a COMPULSORY information briefing meeting at 10h00 on Wednesday,
