LIMITED ROAD ACCESS AT JASMYN-, AFFODIL-, HOSPITAL AND SAINSBURY STREET IN ROBERTSON FROM 13 MAY 2024

Lwazi Construction has been appointed by the Langeberg Municipality to execute the project: Tender 43/2023 Water Pipe Replacement - Robertson

The scope of work entails the excavation and installation of water and sewer pipes in the road reserve within the Municipal servitude.

The works will require access across driveways as per Municipal drawings.

The construction will be done along the following roads and will require closure or limited access to the roads during construction.
• Jasmyn Street – new water pipe and house connections
• Affodil Street – new water pipe and house connections
• Hospital & Sainsbury Street – new sewer pipe & manholes

Please note any gardens and personal improvements done in the Municipal road reserve by residents must be removed prior to construction work by resident/owner of property affected by works.

Construction work will commence 13 May 2024.
