How does it work?

Download the app.

Register with you cell number OR email address.

Select your Service Provider ‘Langeberg Municipality”.

Enter your Municipal Account number(s) – you may register more than one

Select the meter number, take a photo of the meter, enter the reading and submit! (DO NOT enter decimal digits)

You may submit a maximum of two readings per meter per month.

All Meter readings must be submitted on or before the 10^th of each month.

Meter readings received after the 10^th of each month will be processed with the next month’s Billing Cycle.

Please ensure that readings are taken on the same day each month.
