NEW COMPANY APPOINTED FOR ELECTRICITY DISCONNECTIONS

Langeberg Municipality have appointed INZALO to assist with the disconnection and reconnection of electricity supply to users who have not paid their municipal bills in accordance with the Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy of the municipality. Effective immediately, INZALO will manage these services, 7 days a week from 08:00 – 18:30.

DISCONNECTIONS

When accounts are in arrears, INZALO will receive a municipal authorisation letter on an official letterhead instructing the disconnect of the conventional electricity meter of the property.

RECONNECTIONS

To have your electricity reconnected, account holders must pay the required amount, settle any additional outstanding debt, or arrange a suitable payment plan with the Langeberg Municipal Credit Control unit at 023 615 8000 or This email address is being protected from spambots. Proof of payment made after office hours can be sent to the Langeberg Municipality's 24/7 call centre for inclusion in the reconnections schedule, which will be made between the hours of 08:00 and 18:30.

Mr. Deon Daniels, INZALO official is the new contractor responsible for conventional meter disconnections when accounts are in arrears. Please allow him access to perform the necessary tasks.

Mr Daniels can be identified by his company identification card, a municipal authorisation letter on a official letterhead, and the INZALO marked vehicle.
