Phelophepa health care train in ashton

The Transnet Phelophepa healthcare train will visit the Ashton Station during the week of 05 - 09 September 2022 and 12 - 16 September 2022.

The purpose of the Transnet Phelophepa Primary Health Care Train visit is to provide affordable accessible mobile health care services that support the existing health services in rural and most underprivileged and deserving communities.

Services that are provided include Primary Health Care, Dental, Eye Care, Cancer Screening, Basic Health Education, Covid 19 Testing and Vaccination and Psychology Counselling and workshops. These health clinics are supported by the Pharmacy.
