ROAD CLOSURE: SECTION OF R62 AT MONTAGU ENTRANCE FROM BARRYDALE

The entrance into Montagu from Barrydale on the R62 road will remain closed for an undetermined time for the restoration of services and road infrastructure. Damage was caused to the road when a sewer manhole collapsed on 28 August 2024.

The closed road is between the R318 / R62 intersection and the Talana Road / R62 intersection.

Please use the alternative route via Van Riebeeck st. until further notice.
