THE NETBALL WORLD CUP 2023 TROPHY TOUR IS COMING TO LANGEBERG

Langberg Municipality is thrilled and honoured to be part of the Vitality Netball World Cup 2023 Trophy Tour. The trophy is coming our way from our neighbouring Swellendam Municipality tomorrow, Thursday, 6 June 2023. We would like to invite young and old to come join in the excitement with us.

The Langeberg leg of the tour starts in Zolani, Ashton, at 10h30, where the trophy will be handed over to Langeberg. Thereafter, the trophy will travel to the Van Zyl Street Sports Complex at 11h00 before heading to Paarl. We would like to invite young and old to join in the excitement with us.

The Vitality Netball World Cup 2023 (VNWC2023) will take place in Cape Town, South Africa, from 28 July - 6 August 2023. More details on the matches and times can be found at www.nwc2023.org.za

Langeberg Municipality will also have a viewing centre for residents to come and enjoy the games and share in the spirit of netball. More details about the viewing centre will be announced soon.
