TRAFFIC DIVERSION IN MONTAGU FROM 15 JULY 2024

Traffic management measures are implemented and shall be maintained for the duration of the construction period to ensure the smooth operation and traffic flow during the minor Roads & stormwater infrastructure upgrade project. Traffic signs will be erected at relevant points along all entry and exit points.

• Traffic diversions in Montagu, Long Street

On Monday, 15 July 2024 the contractor will start setting out the road signage for the traffic and work will commence by Wednesday, 17 July 2024.

• Traffic diversions in Montagu, Middel street

There is currently roadworks at the lower part of middle street. From Monday, 15 July 2024 the contractor will start working on the higher section between DeBos and Montagu Caravan Park.

We urge the public to please try and avoid the construction area, but access will be provided for the residents living in the mentioned areas.
