Notice is hereby given in terms of section 21(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act no. 32 of 2000), read with section 127(5)(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003). Members of the public and communities within the Langeberg Municipality, Government Institutions, the private sector and organs of the civil society, are hereby invited to comment on the Draft Annual Report for the 2019/2020 financial year.

Hard copies are also available for comments and viewing at the Municipal offices and libraries. The closing date for the submission of comments and representations is 30 April 2021.
