MUNICIPAL DRAFT BUDGET, DRAFT SDF, DRAFT AMENDED IDP, DRAFT BUDGET AND IDP RELATED POLICIES AND DETERMINATION OF TARIFFS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 1 JULY 2023 TO 30 JUNE 2024 & DATES OF COMMUNITY BUDGET & IDP MEETINGS
Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 22(a) and 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), section 34(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, (Act 32 of 2000) and Regulation 3(4)b of the Local Government: Municipal Planning and Performance Regulations, 2001 that the following items was tabled to Council on 28 March 2023 and are now open for inspection:
- Municipal Draft Budget
- Budget related policies
- Draft Amended Integrated Development Plan (IDP)
- Draft IDP related Policies including ICT Policies
- Draft Spatial Development Framework (SDF)
The abovementioned documents are available at Municipal Offices and Libraries (online), orwww.langeberg.gov.za
Written or Electronic comments on the above documentation must be submitted for the attention of the Municipal Manager by 30April 2023. Comments must be clearly marked:BUDGET 2023-2024. Comments received after the closing time will not be considered.
