Notice is hereby given that Langeberg Municipality intends amending the LANGEBERG MUNICIPALITY: INFORMAL TRADING BY-LAW.

The proposed amendments to the Langeberg Municipality: Informal Trading By-law is available for perusal on the Municipal web site, and Municipal offices and libraries. (all proposed amendments are indicated in red)

Registered non- governmental organisations (NGO’s), operating in the Langeberg Municipal area, must submit all relevant information as stipulated within the Humanitarian Relief Application Form.

The Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development in partnership with The Presidency’s Presidential Employment Stimulus Initiative have called for subsistence producers who require support to apply from the Presidential Employment Stimulus Fund of which its main objective is to support small-scale producers with production inputs. The fund will enable these subsistence producers/ farmers to retain self-employment in the agricultural sector thereby contributing to food security and economic growth.
