Quotations are hereby requested for the REFURBISHMENT OF 2 FILTERS AT MCGREGOR WATER TREATMENT WORKS as specified in the quotation document. Sealed quotations in envelopes clearly marked: QUOTATION 40/2020 REFURBISHMENT OF 2 FILTERS AT MCGREGOR WATER TREATMENT WORKS should be placed in the tender box, at the Municipal Offices, 28 Main Road, Ashton not later than 12:00 on 30 October 2020.

Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB in a class of construction works and have a grading designation equal to or higher than that determined in accordance with the sum tendered or a value determined in accordance with regulation 25 (7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004. It is estimated that tenderers will need a grading designation of ME1 OR higher.

PLEASE NOTE:

The official QUOTATION document must be fully completed in black ink and must  be BOUNDED.

Only goods and services applicable to local production and content will be considered.

Supporting documents must be submitted separately and must be stapled or bound.

There will be no clarifications meeting

The lowest, or any quotation, will not necessarily be accepted and council reserves the right to accept any quotation. Late, faxed or e-mailed quotations will not be considered. Quotations will be evaluated according to the Council’s Supply Management Policy and the 80/20-point system will apply. The Supply Management Policy can be viewed during normal office hours at the Municipal Offices.
