It has come to our attention that hoax emails are going around, requesting tenderers to contact officials regarding tenders that are in the process of being evaluated.

Please note that official communication will only be sent via email. Once the Tender has been awarded by the Bid Adjudication Committee and signed off by the Municipal Manager, the communication is always via an email and a signed letter to inform all the successful/unsuccessful tenderers.

Nowhere will you be requested via an email to contact officials on a cellphone number.
