LANGEBERG TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOUGHEST FIREFIGHTER ALIVE CHALLENGE
Five firefighters from Langeberg Municipality will compete in the 9th annual South Africa's Toughest Firefighter Alive Challenge 2024, which will take place from 26-28 September 2024, at De Bakke Santos Beach in Mossel Bay.
The Firefighters for Excellence Foundation founded the TFA-SA with the goal to promote a spirit of excellence in firefighters to obtain the skills that enables them to perform to the peak of their abilities and continue to push the boundaries in delivering better, high-quality service. The event also boost firefighters' morale whilst promoting the profession.
It is the first time firefighters from Langeberg Municipality will participate in this challenge joining more than 300 firefighters from across South Africa.
We wish them the best of luck in the individual age categories as well as the relay team category.
